SUMMER DINNER PARTY ESSENTIALS

This post was written in partnership with Faustino Wines. All opinions are my own, as always.

Happy Saturday, friends!

In honor of National Rosé Day I’m sharing my Summer Dinner Party Essentials:
✔ fun breezy dress (extra points for polka dots)
✔ the perfect hostess gift (chilled rosé with bright berry flavors) – Faustino VII Rosé has you covered
✔ straw tote (for carrying said wine) & favorite sunnies

We are headed to a dinner party tonight and I always love to have the perfect hostess gift. We all know wine makes a great gift, but picking the right one is the real trick.

Pre-chilling the wine is essential so it can be opened and enjoyed during the party.

If you know what type of food will be served, you can choose a wine that will complement the entrée. Faustino wines actually list which foods they pair well with right on the label. Brilliant!

Of course, if you know the host has a wine varietal preference, always keep that in mind. It’s called a “hostess gift” after all - delighting your host is the general idea.

I recently tried three of the iconic Faustino Spanish wine varietals – VII Rosé, VII White, and VII Red. They were all excellent – crowd pleasers for sure!

Faustino VII Rosé Wine is a versatile wine showcasing fresh berry flavors and pairs perfectly with vegetarian, seafood and white meat dishes.

Faustino VII White Wine features crisp citrus flavors and pairs well with lighter fare, such as appetizers, mild cheeses, salads and seafood.

Faustino VII Red Wine boasts inviting fruity flavors and pairs well with grilled red meat, tapas and white meat entrees.

Dress: Betsey Johnson (and here and here) | Sandals (color - makeup): Tory Burch | Straw Tote | Necklaces: Etsy | Sunglasses: Rosegal

Look for Faustino Spanish wines at your local wine shop – you can’t miss them because the bottles feature a Rembrandt portrait of Nicolaes van Bambeeck on the label. Cheers to fab weekend! xoxo
